Founder Group Probed by Securities Regulator

(Beijing) – Industry and investment conglomerate Founder Group says it is being investigated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for suspected violation of China's securities laws and regulations. The CSRC has probed four of the firm's subsidiaries, all listed on the A-share market, starting last year but there have been no results announced from these investigations.
