(Beijing) — Shenzhen ranks top in terms of most unaffordable housing in China, a research report said, as a speculative bubble persists in the southern city.
According to the report released by E-House China R&D Institute, which tracks the property market in China, Shenzhen's home prices were 36.9 times the average annual net income in the city in the first three quarters of 2016, the highest in China, up 49.4% compared with the same period last year.
