On Nov.13, a woman named Lu Xiaolin in Wuhan, Hubei province, jumped to her death from the rooftop of a 32-story building after clashing with a number of dog owners for walking their pets off the leash. 

This incident resulted in the hashtag “#Family of woman who fell from Wuhan building reports to police” (#武汉坠楼女子家属已正式报案) and generated heated discussion among millions of Weibo users. As of Friday, it had received more than 200 million views.
