Wolong Real Estate Group Co.,Ltd.’s Net Profit Dropped 56.4% in First Quarter of 2022

Wolong Real Estate Group Co.,Ltd. (卧龙地产集团股份有限公司) (600173.SH) reported a net profit of 53.4 million yuan in the first quarter of 2022, down 56.4% year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the company posted 441.9 million yuan in revenue, down 17.1% year-on-year.

At the end of the reporting period, it had 7.4 billion yuan in total assets and 3.8 billion yuan in total liabilities, with a liability-to-asset ratio of 51.9%.
