Arm China names co-CEOs as wrestle over chip designer continues

Arm China, the China joint venture of SoftBank-owned British chip designer Arm Ltd., said on Friday that it had appointed Liu Renchen, vice dean at the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, and Eric Chen, managing partner at SoftBank Vision Fund, as co-CEOs, as a long-standing dispute over control of the subsidiary continues.
