Risesun Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd. Posted 1.1 Billion Yuan Net Loss in First Quarter of 2022

Risesun Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd. (荣盛房地产发展股份有限公司) (002146.SZ) reported a net loss of 1.1 billion yuan in the first quarter of 2022, reversing a net profit of 892.8 million yuan for the same period in the previous year.

Meanwhile, the company posted 3.8 billion yuan in revenue, down 67.9% year-on-year.

At the end of the reporting period, it had 290.8 billion yuan in total assets and 247.7 billion yuan in total liabilities, with a liability-to-asset ratio of 85.2%.
