JD Health International Inc. is planning a $355.4 million acquisition of pet care assets from parent JD.com Inc., as it looks to diversify its revenue base in the face of a potential disruption to its pharmacy business.

The transaction is split into assets and inventories, valued at $329.1 million and $26.3 million, respectively, and will cover contracts, operating rights, inventories and liabilities, JD Health said in an exchange filing on Wednesday.
