Yunnan Metropolitan Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd. Posted 400 Million Yuan Net Loss in First Half of 2022

Yunnan Metropolitan Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd. (云南城投置业股份有限公司) (600239.SH) reported a net loss of 400 million yuan in the first half of 2022, reversing a net profit of 163.5 million yuan for the same period in the previous year.

Meanwhile, the company posted 1.4 billion yuan in revenue, down 15.5% year-on-year.

At the end of the reporting period, it had 31.7 billion yuan in total assets and 29.5 billion yuan in total liabilities, with a liability-to-asset ratio of 93%.
