Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Real Estate&Properties(Group) Co.,Ltd. (深圳经济特区房地产(集团)股份有限公司) (000029.SZ) reported a net profit of 149.6 million yuan in 2022, down 31.3% year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the company posted 634.4 million yuan in revenue, down 52% year-on-year.

At the end of the reporting period, it had 5.7 billion yuan in total assets and 1.4 billion yuan in total liabilities, with a liability-to-asset ratio of 24.7%.
