Gemdale Corporation’s Net Profit Dropped 66.6% in First Quarter of 2023

Gemdale Corporation (金地(集团)股份有限公司) (600383.SH) reported a net profit of 220.1 million yuan in the first quarter of 2023, down 66.6% year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the company posted 14.3 billion yuan in revenue, up 7.5% year-on-year.

At the end of the reporting period, it had 422.5 billion yuan in total assets and 306.6 billion yuan in total liabilities, with a liability-to-asset ratio of 72.6%.
