Xiamen C&D Co.,Ltd. (厦门建发股份有限公司) (600153.SH) reported a net profit of 879.2 million yuan in the first quarter of 2023, down 36.8% year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the company posted 167.5 billion yuan in revenue, up 11.2% year-on-year.

At the end of the reporting period, it had 770.4 billion yuan in total assets and 606.4 billion yuan in total liabilities, with a liability-to-asset ratio of 78.7%.
