China and the U.S. agreed to “effectively” manage differences and maintain high-level interactions during “candid” talks between Foreign Minister Qin Gang and his U.S. counterpart Antony Blinken in Beijing Sunday, according to statements by the Foreign Ministry and the U.S. State Department.
