China’s ambassador to the U.S. slammed Washington’s “unfair” trade practices and technological suppression during a security forum this week, vowing that Beijing will not “sit idly by” in the face of U.S. sanctions.

Over 1,300 Chinese entities and individuals have been put on U.S. sanction lists, Ambassador Xie Feng said during a fireside chat at the Aspen Security Forum Wednesday.
