Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. is planning to extend an onshore bond maturing in September by three years, as its trading was suspended Monday, according to investors with knowledge of the property giant’s initial debt restructuring plan.

Trading of ten other onshore bonds, issued by two Country Garden subsidiaries, was also suspended that day, the company said in a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Sunday.
