China’s Fall Canton Fair Expects a Surge in Attendance of Buyers

What’s new: Organizers of the Canton fair Thursday reported a significant increase in registrations for the October version of China’s biggest twice-yearly trade exposition.

Registrations jumped 23.5% from the spring expo, and the number of buyers from the Belt and Road region surged 33.6%, Chu Shijia, secretary general of the event and the head of the China Foreign Trade Center, said at a press conference.
