What’s new: The Chinese Consulate General in San Francisco has condemned an incident in which an unidentified driver rammed a car into the consulate building Monday afternoon and has lodged an official complaint with U.S. authorities.
A consulate spokesperson called the incident a ‘violent attack’ in a statement Monday, saying it “posed serious threat to the lives and safety of the staff and people at the scene and caused serious damage to the facilities and property.”
