随着前期政策陆续落地显效，2023年9月，中国经济景气继续扩张，但速度放缓，修复动能仍然偏弱。
As of September 2023, China's economy continues to expand due to the effective implementation of previous policies. However, the pace has slowed and the momentum for recovery remains relatively weak.
10月1日公布的9月财新中国制造业采购经理人指数（PMI）录得50.6，低于上月0.4个百分点；财新中国服务业PMI下降1.6个百分点至50.2，降至年内最低。两大行业扩张速度均放缓，拖累当月财新中国综合PMI下降0.8个百分点，录得50.9，亦为年内最低。
The Caixin China Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) for September, announced on October 1st, came in at 50.6, down 0.4 percentage points from the previous month. The Caixin China Services PMI fell by 1.6 percentage points to 50.2, marking its lowest level this year. Both sectors saw a slowdown in expansion, dragging down the overall Caixin China Composite PMI by 0.8 percentage points to 50.9, also a low for the year.
