ChatGPT 3.5, a chatbot that emerged at the end of 2022, has taken the world by storm with its smooth, intelligent and even entertaining chatting experience. Its ability to generate content based on large language models is believed to bring disruptive changes to many industries. It also provides more imagination space for the banking industry, which has been promoting digital and intelligent transformation in recent years. It is expected to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance operations.
