China’s Supreme People’s Court (SPC) has set up a task force focused on rectifying potentially wrongful verdicts handed down in property-related cases involving private businesses and entrepreneurs, with the goal of better protecting their rights and interests under a more optimal legal environment that supports the growth of the private economy.
