In August, recent college graduates have already left their campuses, but the task of employment has not ended with their departure.
相比上一届大学生,2023届毕业生就业形势更严峻复杂:2022年秋季校园招聘期间,受疫情、政策变化和经济下行冲击,教育、房地产、互联网三大传统校招大户熄火,中小微企业就业吸纳能力受挫;而到2023年春季校园招聘,经济动能提前减弱,复苏挑战重重,二季度以来的市场预期更是明显逆转,企业校招放量不及预期。多家招聘平台数据显示,今年二季度高校毕业生招聘需求萎缩,上半年高校毕业生招聘需求同比不及去年疫情时。
The job market for the class of 2023 is even more challenging and complex than that of their predecessors. During the fall 2022 campus recruitment season, traditional major recruiters in education, real estate, and internet industries were hit by the pandemic, policy changes, and economic downturn. The employment absorption capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises was also hindered. By the spring of 2023 campus recruitment season, economic momentum had weakened in advance, recovery challenges were numerous, and market expectations since the second quarter have clearly reversed. Corporate campus recruitment volume did not meet expectations. Data from several recruitment platforms show that demand for college graduates shrank in the second quarter of this year, with demand for college graduate recruitment in the first half of this year not matching that during last year's pandemic period.
