Foxconn Cooperating With Probes in China, Unit Says

Probes against Foxconn are ongoing and more than one entity is involved, Caixin confirmed on Monday with Foxconn Industrial Internet Co. Ltd. (601138.SH), the Taiwanese electronics giant’s Shanghai-listed arm.

The securities office of Foxconn Industrial Internet said the reason behind the investigations is currently unclear. Foxconn is cooperating with the probes, but cannot immediately and accurately determine the impact on its business, the office told Caixin.
