Exclusive: CSC Financial Gets New Boss After Five-Month Vacancy

Beijing-based investment bank CSC Financial Co. Ltd. is getting a new general manager, filling a vacancy five months after the previous boss stepped down, Caixin learned from multiple sources.
Zou Yingguang, a member of the executive committee and head of the fixed income division of Citic Securities, was named to take the helm of CSC Financial, traded as China Securities, sources with knowledge of the matter said.
He fills a vacancy left by Li Geping, who abruptly resigned as CSC Financial’s general manager in early June. Caixin learned that Li stepped down to face official inquiries.
