The continued downturn in the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets, coupled with the China Securities Regulatory Commission's temporary tightening of IPOs, may present an opportunity for the Beijing Stock Exchange (referred to as "BSE"), which has remained lukewarm two years after its establishment.
2023年9月1日，证监会发布《关于高质量建设北京证券交易所的意见》，主要内容分为五大类共计19条，被市场称为“深改19条”，也被视为2021年11月15日北交所开市以来最全面的一次革新。
On September 1, 2023, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued the "Opinions on High-Quality Construction of the Beijing Stock Exchange," which consists of five categories and a total of 19 items. The market refers to this as the "19 Deep Reforms." It is also seen as the most comprehensive reform since the opening of the Beijing Stock Exchange on November 15, 2021.
