Chinese investors are flocking to new stock offerings on the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) after the securities regulator in September issued a new round of revisions for the bourse targeting small and medium-sized enterprises.

Investors’ enthusiasm boosted recent new stocks’ performance on their BSE debut even though Chinese stock markets overall have been subdued.
