暑假临近，中国人出境旅游的高峰期即将到来。“最近我们都在跟酒店抢房间，因为中国重启出境游比海外其他地区晚了几个月，印度、韩国、澳大利亚等地区的游客都提前订房，酒店留给中国团队的房间不够用了。”新加坡夏日风情旅游公司的负责人龚娅琼最近忙得不可开交，新招了十多名员工应对骤增的业务量。
As the summer vacation approaches, the peak period for Chinese people to travel abroad is imminent. "Recently, we have been scrambling for hotel rooms because China's resumption of outbound tourism was a few months later than other overseas regions. Tourists from India, South Korea, Australia and other regions have booked rooms in advance, leaving insufficient rooms for Chinese teams," said Gong Yaqiong, head of Singapore Summer Style Travel Company. She has been extremely busy lately and has hired more than ten new employees to handle the surge in business volume.
往年暑期档是中国游客出境游的高峰，许多酒店都会预留房间给中国游客，但今年酒店房间已经被其他地区的客人分流。2023年1月8日起，中国对新冠病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”，入境旅客无需集中隔离。沉寂三年的边境重新开放，中国旅客重新踏上了出境旅游的行程。
In previous years, the summer season marked a peak in overseas travel for Chinese tourists, with many hotels reserving rooms specifically for this demographic. However, this year, these hotel rooms have been reallocated to guests from other regions. Starting January 8, 2023, China implemented a "Class B management" approach to COVID-19 infections, eliminating the need for incoming travelers to undergo centralized quarantine. After three years of quietude, borders have reopened and Chinese tourists have resumed their overseas travel plans.
