Exclusive: BOCI Chief Executive Li Tong Resigns, Sources Say

Li Tong, the chief executive officer of Bank of China International Holdings Ltd. (BOCI), has submitted her resignation after leading the investment bank for more than 10 years, sources with knowledge of the company told Caixin.

Li, 54, took the helm as chief executive officer in 2011. With more than three-decade capital market experience in China and abroad, she has spent nearly 20 years in BOCI, the investment banking arm of Bank of China.
