Founded in 2015 by Yu Kai, former deputy research chief of Baidu Inc., Horizon specializes in assisted driving and advanced intelligent driving solutions for passenger vehicles
Horizon Robotics, a Chinese autonomous driving solution provider, has filed for an initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, taking advantage of China’s fast growing intelligent driving market.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and China Securities Co. Ltd. are joint sponsors of Horizon’s listing. The company didn’t disclose a timeframe or financial details of the offering.
