China’s State Council on Friday released guidelines concerning comprehensive oversight of the capital markets, which has become a much-discussed topic.
The following is a summary list of the new guidelines’ impacts on administrative, criminal, civil and self-disciplinary punishments.
• The expansion of onsite inspections for companies under review for listings will increase the likelihood that illegal activities will be discovered before approval.
