Exclusive: China Merchants Sends Bank Executive to Helm Mutual Fund Manager Bosera, Sources Say

Zhang Dong, head of China Merchants Bank Co. Ltd.’s (CMB) (600036.SH) financial accounting department, is slated to become president of mutual fund manager Bosera Asset Management Co. Ltd., sources with knowledge of the matter told Caixin.

Zhang, 56, will fill the vacancy left by Gao Yang, who stepped down in November. CMB and Bosera are both under the umbrella of state-owned conglomerate China Merchants Group Ltd.
