IPhone-Maker Hon Hai’s April Sales Rise 19% in Positive Signal

(Bloomberg) — Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. posted strong growth in April sales, potentially raising expectations for iPhone sales while its AI-related business booms.
The company, which assembles the majority of Apple Inc.’s smartphones, reported a 19% rise in monthly sales to NT$510.9 billion ($15.8 billion), compared with revenue of NT$429.2 billion in April 2023. It said in a statement Sunday that April revenue climbed to a record for the month.
