Former Head of Shaanxi Health Committee Investigated for Graft

What’s new: Anti-corruption efforts in China’s health care system have intensified. Liu Baoqin, the former director of the Shaanxi Health Committee, has come under scrutiny on suspicion of serious violations of discipline and law, the provincial anti-graft body said.
The Shaanxi branch of the Communist Party’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection didn’t disclose details of her investigation, but such probes are usually related to corruption.
