Caixin Media has partnered with artificial intelligence firm Moonshot AI to integrate its financial news content into Moonshot’s Kimi (Kimi) large language model, the companies announced. The collaboration aims to improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated responses to user queries on financial topics by leveraging Caixin’s reporting.

Under the partnership, when users pose finance-related questions to the Kimi application, the model will generate initial answers incorporating information from Caixin’s articles. Users will be provided with direct links to Caixin’s content within the responses for easier access to the original, verifiable source material. Full access to Caixin articles will require users to click through and subscribe via Caixin.com.
