Leapmotor Rolls Into Hong Kong With Right-Hand-Drive Debut

Chinese electric-vehicle (EV) maker Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co. Ltd. on Thursday began taking preorders for two models in Hong Kong, marking its official entry into the right-hand-drive vehicle market.
While Hong Kong is a small market, with annual sales of around 40,000 to 50,000 cars, the city will serve as a showcase for Leapmotor to reach global consumers and international investors to better understand the brand, Leapmotor Chairman Zhu Jiangming said.
