Wingtech Presses Nexperia's Dutch HQ for Talks
Shanghai-listed Wingtech Technology Co. Ltd. said in a Nov. 23 statement that Nexperia’s Dutch headquarters has failed to respond to its goodwill and proposals for talks following an “improper intervention” by the Netherlands' Ministry of Economic Affairs. Wingtech said it is demanding that the Dutch headquarters propose a “constructive and truly sincere solution” to restore Wingtech’s legal control and full shareholder rights.
