Private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC has finalized the acquisition of Topcast Aviation Supplies Co. Ltd., a leading independent aircraft parts distributor in Asia, the firm announced Tuesday. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal seeks to combine Warburg Pincus’s global aviation expertise with Topcast’s established supply chain infrastructure, aiming to reinforce the aviation parts distribution ecosystem across the rapidly expanding Asia-Pacific market, said New York-based Warburg Pincus.
