Brazil’s wind power market is slowing amid grid bottlenecks, high costs and tight financing, testing Chinese renewable energy firms in the country, said an industry executive, who predicted a recovery around 2027.

Ltd. (688349.SH), said in a recent interview with Caixin in São Paulo. Guan described Brazil as a market with clear long-term potential, though it is currently hampered by power transmission bottlenecks and other challenges.
