A former Chinese provincial Communist Party chief has laid bare how businessmen “hunted” him by lavishing favors on his family — a strategy he now says was no different from targeting him himself.
Jiang Chaoliang, a former party chief of Hubei province, made the remarks in a state television documentary aired Tuesday, as part of China’s ongoing anti-corruption campaign.
