An executive at China Citic Bank Corp. Ltd. has become unreachable just weeks after being appointed to head the lender’s Shanghai audit center, Caixin has learned.
The executive, Jiang Yulin, previously served as president of the bank’s Fuzhou branch. Multiple industry sources told Caixin that Jiang may have become unreachable in recent days.
Repeated calls by Caixin to his mobile phone have gone unanswered, and he has not responded to Caixin’s text-message inquiries as of publication.
