Tencent Holdings Ltd. plans to launch its next-generation Hunyuan 3.0 large language model in April and is developing an advanced artificial intelligence agent for its super-app WeChat, as the technology giant accelerates its push into generative AI.
The announcements came during the company’s earnings call on Wednesday, following the release of its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results. The Shenzhen-based company said 2025 revenue rose 14% year-on-year to 751.8 billion yuan ($108.8 billion), while net profit increased 16% to 224.8 billion yuan. However, the pace of profit growth slowed from 2024.
