Chinese toymaker Pop Mart International Group Ltd. will partially reopen its expanded theme park in Beijing ahead of the Labor Day holiday to capitalize on surging tourist demand.

Around 70% of the newly renovated Pop Land theme park will open before the holiday, with the remainder slated for early August, Vice President Hu Jian said at an April 24 media briefing. The upgraded park features new amusement rides, including a pirate ship, a drop tower, and a carousel, themed around the company’s popular characters like Labubu and Dimoo.
