China Bans Exports of Dual-Use Items to 10 U.S. Entities

China has imposed fresh trade restrictions on 10 U.S. entities including two producers of rare earth minerals, in response to Washington’s recent expansion of a military blacklist.
On Monday, the Ministry of Commerce placed the American entities on its export control list, including rare earth miners MP Materials Corp. and USA Rare Earth Inc., drone maker Teal Drones Inc. and autonomous underwater vehicle developer Jaia Robotics Inc. — barring exports of any dual-use items originating in China to the sanctioned companies.
