Commerce Ministry Unveils Supply Chain Security Investigation Rules

The Ministry of Commerce published rules on supply chain security investigations, clarifying that it can investigate foreign countries, regions or international organizations that violate international law, take discriminatory restrictive measures against China or threaten the security of China’s industrial and supply chains.
