Dajia Property and Casualty Insurance Co. Ltd. is seeking buyers for two commercial properties next to its newly completed headquarters in Shenzhen, according to a listing on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange.
The planned sale by the subsidiary of state-owned Dajia Insurance Group Co. Ltd. comes as the insurer continues to manage its extensive real estate holdings and streamline operations. Dajia Insurance was created in 2019 to take over assets from Anbang Insurance Group Co. Ltd., the fallen conglomerate that was seized by regulators.
