Business Brief (July 15): EU Finalizes Anti-Dumping Tariffs on Chinese Tires

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued its 15th Five-Year Plan, outlining key directions for the next five years. 

The plan aims to tilt wage distribution toward frontline positions and enhance pension guarantees for low-income groups. 

It also seeks to fully remove household registration restrictions for flexible workers participating in the urban employee pension system where they work, while striving to keep the surveyed urban unemployment rate below 5.5%.
