China’s State Post Bureau has opened an investigation into STO Express Co. Ltd., one of the country’s largest courier companies, over a string of workplace safety accidents across its franchise network.

It said the Shenzhen-listed company had failed to meet its responsibility to enforce unified safety management across the network.
