Country Garden Services Holdings Co. reported a return to core profit growth in the first half of 2026, snapping a two-year decline even as mounting unpaid bills and negative cash flow highlighted lingering operational headwinds.

The property manager's core net profit — adjusted to exclude impairments and amortization — rose 3.2% year-on-year to 1.62 billion yuan ($241 million), while revenue increased 5.7% to 24.5 billion yuan, according to an Aug. 26 earnings report. Statutory net profit fell 4.6% to 950 million yuan.
