CXMT Corp. filed a lawsuit Friday against the U.S. Department of Defense, demanding its removal from a blacklist.
The company said its chips are for civilian and commercial use, not military purposes, and that the U.S. designation is incorrect.
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, with U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth also listed as a defendant.
