Nio Extends Profit Streak as Deliveries and Margins Rise

Chinese electric vehicle maker Nio Inc. posted its third consecutive quarter of adjusted profitability in the second quarter, buoyed by surging sales of its high-margin premium models.
The company delivered 107,000 vehicles in the three months ended June, a nearly 50% increase from a year earlier that drove vehicle revenue up 80.1% to 29.1 billion yuan ($4.3 billion).
