The Communist Party has promoted Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. (ICBC) President Liu Jun and Shandong deputy party chief Liu Qiang from alternate to full members of its Central Committee.
The 20th Central Committee’s fifth plenary session, which concluded Thursday, approved the promotion of 10 alternate members to full membership, according to an official communique.
