常见问题
1. 我付费成功了,下一步如何开始学习?
付费成功后,您的注册邮箱将会收到一封确认邮件,邮件中会详细告知您如何完善注册信息并开始学习。您也可以回到项目首页,用注册邮箱登录,并点击右侧弹窗“完善注册信息”按钮进行填写。只有您全部完成注册信息提交后,方可开始下一步学习。
3. 项目开始前我能做些什么准备?
您可以去到项目学习页,点击“Program Material”,提前阅读讲师预留的阅读材料。
4. 是否可以开具发票?
可以。购买成功后,您可直接进入“我的账户”页面,点击“管理我的订阅”、“购买历史”进行在线申请。我们会为支付美元的用户提供E-invoice,为支付人民币的用户提供增值税普通发票。若在线申请失败,请联络program@caixin.com。
5. 我是否能获得项目参与证明?
全勤出席,并提交结业作品后,你将获得由耶鲁北京中心和财新国际联合颁发的参与证明。
6. 我如何参加结业作品提交
项目最后两周,结业作品提交通道开启。大家可以在9月15日至30日在线提交。这既是项目的一部分,也是赢得在财新峰会上展示和发言的机会。
7. 如果完成支付后,因为其他原因无法正常参与项目怎么办?
本项目为线上直播形式,支持线下回放,并鼓励参与者积极提出问题和讨论,若完成支付后未能参与项目,视为放弃参与机会,相关已支付费用不予退还。

1. I have paid. What's next?
Once your payment is received, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered email address, which will tell you in detail how to complete your registration. You can also log into "website" with your registered Caixin Global account and click the pop-up button on the right side of page. Please submit the form to complete the registration.
2. When does the program start? How will the sessions work?
The program will officially start on August 26, 2022. There will be 2-3 online sessions every week, with each lasting one hour. The Zoom link will be available 24 hours before each session. You can also click "Enter"at the top-right corner of the home page. After that, you can enter "Think Smart" and "Talk Smart" pages to check the schedule.
3. What can I do before the program?
You can click Enter to find the Program Materials page. There you’ll see the reading material offered by our speakers.
4. Can I request an invoice?
Of course. To request an invoice, you can go to “My Account” section, click “manage subscription” and “purchase history” to find your order. We will provide an e-invoice for those who pay in USD and a VAT invoice for those who pay in RMB.
5. Will I get a certificate of attendance?
After full attendance and submission of your final project, you will receive a certificate of attendance issued by Caixin Global and the Yale Beijing Center.
6. How do I participate in the final project submission?
The final project submission will be begun on September 15. You can submit your work online from then until September 30. We’ll send an email to your registered email address by the start date, with the submission portal and everything you need to know.
7. What if I can’t participate in the program after paying?
All the sessions are live online, and there will be recaps on our website. We highly recommend that you raise your questions and take part in the discussions during each session. But if you choose not to join us in the live sessions online, you are considered to have given up your opportunity and will not get a refund.
